10:23 pm [Link]	The last several months... Yes, I'm still running (haven't progressed as well as I'd like, but I'm moving). Yes, I'm still riding. I'm swimming pretty rarely, but I still know how. 10:00 pm [Link]	Thursday It was very cold: 24 degrees F with windchill at 12 degrees. I procrastinated some, but it didn't get warmer... With G-dog: Walked .6 Ran 2.2 Walked .2 I would have walked another .4 with Z-dog, but G & I were followed by a strange dog I'd never seen before and it sort of freaked me out. (Leave a comment)
